How we define “quick support”
Short items we can resolve in under 10 minutes without research or follow up. Examples include password resets, setting a mail rule, or confirming a setting. Anything longer becomes billable work at your plan’s rate.
Terms that keep things clear and fair
- ✓Term & renewal: Annual term, billed monthly, auto‑renews. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
- ✓Billing increments: Billable work is tracked in 30 minute increments once it exceeds the quick‑support threshold.
- ✓After‑hours billing: Time‑and‑a‑half outside business hours; major holidays may be billed at double time.
- ✓Projects: New device setups, migrations, significant network changes, and similar work are billed projects.
- ✓Coverage scope: Applies only to listed people and their devices. Ask us any time to add more.
- ✓Backups (Premium): Unlimited backup and retention apply to typical user data on internal drives of covered computers. Phones/tablets and external drives/NAS are excluded unless added. Very large restores may require a recovery drive; shipping and extended restore time are billable.
